Licenced payment model

Member Magic is priced with the income structure of your club in mind. Rather than charging a large upfront fee and later upgrade fees, Member Magic is licenced software. Payments can be made annually or monthly. The price includes all future upgrades, as well as phone & email support.

The only up-front fees are for installation costs, such as setup, training and any required hardware. 

Scalable pricing

Pricing scales according to club size, based on the number of current members at the club (in intervals of 100 members). This provides our powerful system to smaller clubs at a price they can afford. Larger clubs will find many powerful automation features included that justify the licence fees for extra members from the time saved on administration alone.

Advanced features optional

The basic licensing fee for Member Magic provides access to the member management, the online Member Portal, and access to Golf Magic or Marina Magic for handicapping and marina management requirements of your club.

To ensure this price is affordable for smaller clubs, we separate out licensing fees for MM Accounts debtors ledger, Point of Sale system integration, Access control software, General Ledger interface, and website products. As your club grows or you change your technology, these additional modules can be added to your Member Magic solution as required.
